Re: OrigamiGeek
"some Lang designs and Roodborst's Goat"
Wow that sounds so cool... Nice refold by the way!
Montroll's rhino looks very good. Maybe you could try to make some clearer pictures. Us daylight, flash off on your camera etc. The background in the latest pictures is kind of distracting from the models, and I really wanted to see how my goat turned out and what model the small black thing on the left is? (another rhino?).
Btw great dwarves aswell, I never been able to fold them. Keep it up!

I am sorry I didn't see this line when I read this post before.
I also think that I will refold your goat because I lost the fold in the picture

Re: OrigamiGeek
Hey origamigeek, good work on the cp from langko and on my goat.
For your latest pictures I have some tips because they are still a bit dark. This how I take pictures of my models:
- I take a big sheet of paper, mostly elephant hide as a background.
- I lay it curved next to the window [___ * < like that * is the sun.
- put the model on it
- take the picture without a flash and with most sunlight as possible.
Hope this made any sense to you haha
I might do a refold of the goat myself, haven't folded it anymore after making the diagrams.

Re: OrigamiGeek
You are in a desert right, or am I thinking of someone else? Then you should have plenty of sunlight . Did you take the pics at night? If then, you need a lamp shining on the model, as well as a nice neutral background. When I started doing this, my photos improved drastically, and I'm sure yours can too.

Re: OrigamiGeek
Since this is such a simple design (a sinked/unsinked waterbomb base) you can't really say that you designed it. I'm sure some forum members (including me) made that before.OrigamiGeek wrote:I would say that you designed it first then I designed it after you with out knowing that you have already designed it so it is both our designs.

I'm positive he can say he came up with it himself if he indeed did so.GrossMichael wrote:Since this is such a simple design (a sinked/unsinked waterbomb base) you can't really say that you designed it.
