As far as I know, you can't. Chris might know otherwise though.

its not possible to post pictures that are on your computer. well... technically there are a couple of ways to do so (like for instance running a website on your computer) but its always better to use an online service like Image Shack or any kind of webspace.

To post a photo from your computer fairly quickly:
Go to tinypic.com.
Press the 'Browse' button located under the title, "Upload Images & Videos".
Click the 'Resize' drop down list. Choose Message Board (640 x 480).
Press the 'Upload Now' button.
A captcha will come up. Just do what it says. Click 'Upload Now' again.
Wait a few seconds as it loads. When it does, copy the text in the box below the title, "Direct Link for Layouts".

Now take this link, and click the IMG button above the post you are writing. It will make this appear in your box:

Code: Select all

[img][/img]
Paste your link from Tinypic in between the brackets like this:

Code: Select all

Then when you post, it will have embedded the picture in the post like this:

Please note that you can do this same thing except with a different link from a different website, like flickr, imageshack, etc.

I was at an origami lesson with michael lafosse at origamido studios, and I folded some of eric joisel's models. this is wet-folded out of a large piece of watercolor paper. it is on my head.
