The glue I used was just plain old paper glue "uhu". I think that any glue would be fine for the job. Though I folded this a long time ago now I would probably use a dab of super glue for conviniece (super quick dry). but you will need to thing about what paper you used for the yellow bird if it is a soft fibery paper ,mulbury ect try to use a bigger blob of glue other wise the fibers will pulled out of the paper and the thighhs will no longer be held togeher. The paper I used though was 30cm 150g watercolour paper so a small blob was fine.
