I like that Whale!
The photo of the Iris is kind of huge, wider than my screen. Might be a bit easier to see it if you shrunk it down a bit.
The Hummingbird is nice. I'd say work on the proportions a bit if you can.
It might look better with the wings a bit larger in relation to the size of the head.

Yes I agree, the whale is the best of the three.
A suggestion for the iris: Flowers (irises in particular) are very three-dimensional; a profile view doesn't work very well unless it's extra realistic.
Another thing that might help is to look at some pictures before folding, to get the proportions and shaping right.
