What size paper did you use? Could you give a size comparison for the model so far?

I started out with a ~21" square and it now measures 7.5" from back to front excluding the legs.

So it's pretty small. XD I'll have to fold it sometime, after I finish a few designs of my own I'm working on.

Well, here's the ohmu, I'm proud of it, but there ares still some things that did not turn out as I hoped, maybe a v3 in the coming future:

Folded From: one 21" square of O-gami
Size: ~8" from back to front
Time spent folding: ~15 hours + unknown time spent shaping

Size: 8" tall
Time spent folding: ~2 hours

First model I've folded in quite some time; Andrey Ermakov's ultra-complex Trilobite Op, from CP in his book.

Folded from: one 21" square sheet of tracing paper
Size: shell is ~5" long
Time spent folding: Somewhere around 10-15 hours
