No in this case not, because he doesn't link directly to the pictures but to an overview page.
If he would plan to use the direct link he would also have to resize the pictures first to fit a 640x640 pixel square, yet this can be done while uploading to imageshack (there's a drop-down menu that offers 640x480 for forums).

Flickr is in several languages including English and German. Usually you can change the setting on the bottom of each page.

You know the techniques (you have folded complex models), now you could concentrate on modeling.
I think you should try other types of paper. It seems you use quite exclusively sandwich paper with aluminium and foil.
For some models, it's OK, but For others, there is this "crumbled" effect.
Try for example art papers (120 g/m² for example like Canson Vivaldi) to practice wet-fold, or just kraft paper !
You can also vary sizes of papers, so you can concentrate more on details and modeling. What size do you actually use ? I began folding with squares about 15-30 cm, and now, most of the time, I use 50 to 70 cm squares. It's sometimes difficult to obtain the best of a model from a tiny piece of paper.
For example, compare your foldings with mine :
Tiger by Hideo Komatsu (kraft paper-aluminium-silk paper, square 70cm)
Vixen by Roman DIAZ (Tant paper + silk, square 35 cm)
I think that you can be a great folder if you look beyond pure technique. You're young, so experiment, take your time !

thanks!
i fold most of my models from 20 - 35 cm paper but sometimes i fold from bigger or smaller.
i do have much more paper including origamido, lots af textured tissue paper, tant and a few more. but i fold with sandwich a lot because i have lots of it and i dont want to use up all of my good papers but i do use them now and then. i will start to buy a different range of papers soon though! also your folds are great!!
also, has anyone got any ideas of what i could fold or design? ive ran out of ideas!
