Thanks! The butterfly is a bit crumpled but not to bad... I crumbled the branch on purpose to give it texture. The model looks better in real life :)

@Langko
I like that model! Maybe you can make a slight curve in the cocoon. It looks little unnatural. Before I read your explanation, I thought the cocoon is a branch and started to say that he is a bit thick :mrgreen: But maybe the work looks better in real life, as you say. Great model :wink:

Thanks very much for your comment and advice. I am already working on a version 2 that will hopefully improve the cocoon :D

Hermit Crab
Designed by Satoshi Kamiya. Folded by me from a 45cm square of tissue foil. I've been wanting to fold this model for ages and I am pleased with the way this turned out. This model has some of the worst open sinks i've folded... Hope you like :D

Nice! Did you fold it from diagrams or CP? (Diagrams in "Works of Satoshi Kamiya 2")

Hi :) I am not an origami master like you guys but I just wanted to post to say thank you to Paulius Mielinis for inspiring me with his Mona Lisa. I decided to try something similar and folded this map of the Americas.

I decided to go with classic red. A coat of acrylic spray to add the bling.
