ORIGAMI GUY WITH GLASSES...(OR ME ?) V.1. :P !

Designed and Folded by me from a 25 cm square sheet of tracing paper.
Final size : 7.5 cm
32 grids boxpleating.
Wish I could shape the spectacles better. This could be my face but this one looks way better :'D

Ever since the October challenge´s poll included designing a tato, I wanted to do one but my results weren't succesful, but now I made one and I'm very satisfied with it:

Looks way cool :o!

Can you close the hole in the center so your model can really work as an envelope/flat container for small objects? After all, that's what a tato is, right?

I had to re read David Lister's article on tatos http://www.britishorigami.info/academic ... _folds.php and I still think that maybe a bit loosely, my model can be called a tato.

You're probably right, I changed its name to "Coaster".
