Re: What have you folded lately?
This is my smallest crane yet. First attempt at folding something (almost) entirely with tweezers. I looked around a little bit, but I didn't see a thread dedicated to small models, did I miss it? That is a US penny underneath for scale. The wingspan is about 2.5cm

@PhizzFan
We have several threads about folding small models, but as far as I remember they always cover one specific model only. Here is one with cranes: http://snkhan.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=13694

Re: What have you folded lately?
Sinosauropteryx prima, a small dinosaur known from a fossil preserved so well we know what color it was (a sort of rust red on the back, white on the belly and a banded tail). It was also the first non-avian dinosaur found with direct evidence of feather-like structures.
I didn't have red tissue paper so I had to go with purple lol.
It's my second design that implements color changes, and the first one that makes a pattern instead of having one solid color change. Of course, it's not something really complex, but it uses up a lot more paper than I expected.
Folded and designed by me from a single uncut (and crudely homemade) 30cm square of double tissue foil (which was a bit too small but still worked).

Re: What have you folded lately?
Drepanopterus, a genus of eurypterid, or so-called "sea scorpions".
Several eurypterid genera are already represented in origami, so I decided to go for one that wasn't. My second attempt at making an arthropod.
Folded and designed by me from 1 uncut square.

Basilisk 2.1
Designed and folded by me.
39x39 cm Gerard paper
I made some small improvements, mainly on the wings and scales. I also tried to shape it better

That is an awesome basilisk!
I had a wedding to go to and didn't have a gift... so I made one.
Interlocking Diamond Heart Rings by Jeremy Shafer, folded by me.
6" Foil Kami (which is small and hard to fold but makes it life size). Box out of 8.5" square Cardstock.

Dreadnoughtus schrani, a huge dinosaur with an awesome name that represents one of the most complete giant sauropod fossils discovered so far.
My goal with this design was to get the correct Dreadnoughtus proportions (all legs of the same length and a tail shorter than the neck) instead of simply making a generic sauropod shape. I also made the leg flaps long and flat-foldable instead of short and stubby.

Pteranodon skeleton, designed and folded by me.
One uncut square of Gerard paper ( 39x39 cm )
Boxpleat 44x44
This is another Asymmetric model I designed. Shaping was quite a challenge, because I used super thin paper ( 15-20 gsm )
