Thank you!
I've already drawn diagrams, might put them into the Christmas Origamibook.

I hope so, it would go very well in a display with the Joisel and Quyet Swans.origami_8 wrote:Thank you!

Army of pianos!

I'm giving these to my piano students who will play in the recital next month.

Anna: that is amazing! I hope you put diagrams in the Christmas book ![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)
My latest design, a kabutomushi.
Folded by me from a 45cm square of tissue foil (tissue on only one side) Box pleated on a grid of 38. I know , a very impractical grid.
I know the body is a bit wrinkly but it was almost impossible to fold cleanly as it completely closed off. You can see what i mean by looking at the bottom left photo. I hope you like![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)

Joseph Wu created his One Fold stegosaurus, so I created this one fold model. Can you tell me what it is? If you already know the answer and aren't really guessing then PLEASE don't ruin it for everyone else. I wanna know if other people see what I see in this single fold.

In the story of the One Fold Stegosaurus Joseph mentions a Two Fold Stegosaurus. Does it really exist? I've never seen it.

Re: What have you folded lately?
Ralf Konrad’s Star Puff tess - folded from a hexagon of grey Elephant Hide (15cm side)
![Image](http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_mdyk81w7wG1qa155yo1_1280.png)
The hexagon was cut using a new perspex template made for me by a friend with a laser cutter. She made three sizes of hexagon 10/15/20cm a side, and three squares 35/40/45cm.
Not sure whether to "complete" the fold by going all the way to the edges, as I quite like how it looks now.

Zinc finger (Znf) domain Monochrome Cartoon
(Sorry for a geeky post, but origami does not have any limits i think

As a biochemist i do love proteins and their tertiary and fourth stuctures. I tried to combain Origami with biochemistry by folding proteins. I call this - Proteogami (proteo - protein; gami - paper) (I take the copyright of this, hehe![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)
This method works best with foiled paper and with single chained proteins, until I come up with other methods for multichained proteins.
So my first work is Zinc finger domain - a single chained protein motif, that binds a DNA molecule.
It's a simple start - It has only two beta sheets and one alpha helix.
I'll later fold more complex proteins with a numbers of sheets and helices.
