A new design, folded for an informal duel against Kyle2952.
Elephant head. Folded from 8" elephant hide - what else?

Re: Chris_T
I like the elephant head alot. My only suggestion would be to rabbit ear the tusks instead of a pinch so they'd be color changed. Then again, you know the design more than I do, so I'm not sure if its even possible. Great everything else, too.

Re: Chris_T
That's a really cool head compared to this beast i managed on my first attempt. The pleat folds were difficult.

Re: Chris_T
Thank you for the kind comments! Sorry for the slow reply, I've been away for a couple of weeks. I agree, Eamon, that a colour-change on the tusks would be good. Unfortunately, the way I have it folded at the moment there would also be a white patch on the ears if the paper was white on one side. So my choice of paper was partly to avoid that problem - a lazy solution, perhaps! Though also I wanted to be able to wetfold it. At some point I might try tweaking the design so that the colour change is possible.
Re: Chris_T
Well it is a nice design either way .
