Post by mitanei »

Though i already have two rabbit designs, i decided to create another one for the "Year of the Rabbit".

I used the european hare (Lepus europaeus) as a draft for this model.

Folded from a square of 20 x 20 cm "Elefantenhaut"

Pig from birdbase

Post by mitanei »

Like the title suggests, i challenged myself just for fun to fold a pig from a birdbase.
It is not very efficent designed though.

Folded from a square of 15 x 15 cm.

Flying Pig

After creating a simple pig, it felt just logical to design a flying or winged pig as a next step.

Ever since I saw Stephan Weber's magnificient bull I wanted to create my own. This is what I came up with after a while of experimenting.

Wet-folded from a square of 50 x 50 cm black construction paper and colored with acrylic paint afterwards.
