hi to everyone,
this is my (first) entry for this month's competition, I though that a black and white texture would have been perfect for a black and white cow, I actually didn't fold it perfectly, but I discovered it's difficult to fold newspaper and specially a newspaper box pleating grid ( I had to clean my hands every 30 minutes of folding ).
so this is my cow:

Beautiful horse, Sebastien! But I notice that there's a shocking lack of women in the background!

This is my first entri: a cow, folded from "el pais" a spanish newspaper,it' s not perfectly folded, but I thought that a cow would have been perfect for a black and white texture:

By definition of newspaper, could i use any newspaper i want (sans mc of course)? Or must the newspaper be made out of newsprint paper?

That's primarily at Ray95's discretion, since she is the one who chose the topic, but if it's left to me I say you can use anything that reasonably qualifies as a newspaper. So, probably not magazine pages, but if you have access to newspaper that isn't printed on newsprint, that's fine by me. Again, though, Ray95's opinion, should she provide one, overrides my own.
[flickrEtsy] You can also friend me on Facebook; just be all "origami, man!" and I'll be all "origami, bro!" and then we'll have fun Facebook adventures.
