Monthly Folding Challenge: August 2013
Inspired by one of last months entries, the subject this month is...Video Games!
Anything from or inspired by the world of video games, past or present...Supermario's moustache, the final boss from R-type, the unspeakable horror of the Atari Jaguar controller...the possibilities are endless.
Rules: No cuts, no glue (except MC).
From a square/rectangle. Multi piece creations are ok within reason.
Multislash is the judge.

Fun fact: Akira Toriyama, the creator of Dragon Ball, was also the character artist on the Dragon Quest game series.

I played Dragon Quest VIII and I was like, "Hmmm these graphics look vaguely familiar..." and then I looked at the case and it proclaimed this same fact.Edg wrote:Fun fact: Akira Toriyama, the creator of Dragon Ball, was also the character artist on the Dragon Quest game series.

Course You Can!
Re: Monthly Folding Challenge: August 2013
time's running out - so stop playing the game and fold your favourite character or thing from it ...
unfortunately i don't play pc-games anymore - i spend too much time with folding paper.

My submission for the folding challenge: http://fav.me/d6k3eaf , a Warhammer 40k Space Marine. Although they originally appeared in the tabletop game, they'be been featured in the Dawn of War and Space Marine video games. Folded from a 15" square of elephant hide and wet-folded into place.
