Monthly Folding Challenge - April 2009

Post by anermak »

The topic for April challenge will call ''military equipment and weapon''

Image

I will not impose restrictions on folding, let this be a model of one or more sheets, the main condition - do not use glue and scissors ...

As for the models themselves, so it could be: different types of weapons, tanks, machine guns, airplanes, mines, bombs, grenades, ships, attack helicopters as well as weapons of the past - knives, swords, axes, you can add the soldiers dressed in military ammunition .... all associated with military equipment and weapons ...

Judge of the contest will be mikiller ...

Good luck!

Thanks, I was really aiming for simple, and I tried to make the handle look like it was wrapped in a fabric.

I designed an origami Hand-grenade! I still have to upload pics of it, though, but I will do it soon :)

I'm going to try and go for a panzerfaust, provided I get some time in between studying for exams. This looks like it's going to shape up to be an interesting challenge.
If you can't fold it, try a bazooka.

I'm currently in the proccess of folding a plane, however duw to the lack of high-quality paper (can't find them anywhere), things are not going quite as planned.

Great gun! You should definitely think of making diagrams, it looks quite simple but it has an amazing result!

Nice one Anna.

wesan, that modular toy gun looks great.
Those Samurai you've got on your flickr could also be counted as military...

Hi! It's been a long while since I've been active on here. I deleted my Dropbox years ago, so some things, like my Dragonfly Varileg guide, are lost to time. I may still have other things, though! Email me if you have any questions.
