Please give a more detailed description of your problem otherwise we won't be able to help.
You say there is a blue question box, is there anything written inside? If yes what? What exactly did you do? Upload your pictures somewhere and insert a link? Are the pictures small enough (640 pixels square)? More info please!

No. When someone ELSE uploads pictures i see a blue box with a white question box inside.

Sounds like something is wrong with your browser. Do you have an active ad-blocker on? If yes, try inactivating it for this site to see whether the pictures are then shown. Does it happen on all pictures or just a few? What browser do you use? Look at your browser settings to see if pictures are blocked.
