So I am not sure, for i think I've seen comments from moderators against this, but on the other hand I've seen pictures posted without permission.
Say I want to make a comparison between my model an one from Hojyo Takashi. Can I display his picture (I mean the one of his model)?

I don't think I've said anything about this before. However, it is generally considered bad Nettiquette to deep link to other people's web content, especially without the context of the page it comes from. In a sense, it is stealing bandwidth from them. A better way is to link to the page with the image. Of course, many people don't care...
