mulberry paper

Post by papermage »

I've heard a lot of people treat Thai Unryu with mc glue to get thin, crisp paper. And I was wondering----- can you do the same with Mulberry paper? Its slightly cheaper.

Mullberry paper is Thai Unryu. So yes, you can size it with mc. This is one of my favorite papers to fold with, as it is very thin, crisp, strong, and comes in large sizes.

I just recently tried out mulberry + MC. It was great. I treated the paper only once, just before cutting the square. After that it was just folding. As I'm typing this I've got another sheet drying on the table in front of me! I've got a lot of models I want to try with it.
