Florist Foil/Paper

Post by Langko »

I'm not sure if there is a topic about this already, if there is I am really sorry!
Anyway...
I have heard that florist foil/paper is good for origami. If anyone has used it before can you please tell me what's it's like, where you can get it etc... Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :D

I tried to make this kind of paper
florist paper / aluminium foil / florist paper.
The color of the paper still have aluminium color, so probably you can use florist / tissue / aluminium / tissue to have an effect.
Overall, the paper thickness is slightly thicker than double tissue paper, but smoother in texture.
I think this kind of paper would be good for animal type of origami :D

I change my statement.
After I fold a model using this paper, this paper is rather quite thicker (it is like a construction paper but with a good texture)
