Paper for Origami Bull by Stephen Weber

Hellow everone, i am a new user.
Just wondering what paper type i should use for the origami bull by stephen weber. i was thinking maybe tissue foil, are there any other options?

I believe his own most recommended paper is a large square of Elephant Hide paper which you can probably buy from art stores or paper stores. You should probably be proficient at wet folding first, if you go with elephant hide though.

I don't have instructions for the model in question, so I can't speak from experience as to which type of paper to use. Elephant hide seems like a good choice from what I've seen, though.
