today, instead of working, I thought that it would be a better idea to give a try to the F14 of Kwawasaki but the step 16 is quite strange...
If somebody can translate what is written it would be very helpful.

This step looks very much as if you have to wrap the layer around to the back, this should be similar to the first step of the pawn in Joseph Wu's Birdbase Chess Set. I'm sure you'll understand that if you ever folded this Chess Set.
So long and keep folding ^_^

So... where's the picture? Oh, and where are the diagrams from, this looks like a fun model to fold
Btw, the spelling devil has come to get you "Thanks you" is not English, you can say "Thank you" or "Thanks to you" but not a mixture of both (I know I can be very nit-picky sometimes)

There are no pictures because I don't have any camera. Maybe in a few weeks or months I will buy one because it is useful and very cheap in those days...
The diagrams are in Origami Tanteidan Convention #2.
Thank you for the english advice, I did not know this fact, even after more than 13 months in UK ! I may have done this error at least 1000 times
