Took me a couple of hours to make, so thanks would be appreciated.
(EDIT: Oops, I messed up on two corners

Great job! Maybe the Karken has already wrecked the ship
Now... lets see if we can figure out how to get the boat looking better...

Yaay first post! Well, about the 9ths...I found a construction for perfect thirds a while ago on Robert Lang's site a while ago and have been using it...here is the link:
http://www.langorigami.com/science/hha/ ... ctions.pdf
The construction is on page 13. If you look at the whole section about that method for dividing into thirds, there is a chart that shows some other divisions you can get with the same method. If you fold the diagonal 1/8 of the way up the paper you get a reference point for 1/9. I hope that helps!

Does this mean I can't use this CP? By the way, I still appreciate that you made a cleaner version of this CP, even it is messed up

It's mostly correct. He messed up on a couple of crease intersections. But trust me, you're going to need a LOT more experience before attempting this. Also, HUGE paper. This is not something you can just print and fold.

Oh!
Thanks for the advice origamimasterjared, I didn't know I needed big paper for this. In the future, I would like to attempt it.
