Please could someone help me with step 127 where the horn gets shaped correctly by "outside reverse fold"?

Are you sure you're talking about the Samurai Helmet Beetle? Because it ends at step 119. There is no step 127.

I think I am, this is a screenshot of the horn tip folding I am uncertain about. I have finally managed to do it completely differently, but I'd be really interested in the "proper" way
EDIT: Ah, I am sorry, this is a model by Jun Maekawa ^^'
But still, has anyone built the model and could explain that step 127 to me? Thanks
