Jason ku june beetle

Anyone anticipated the problems in folding c.p ....I'm using Tant it has ripped in 3 places

I think you should try a different paper for that model. Something thin, but not too thin. Tant is usually not suitable for insects.
What part of the CP you have problems with?

Your right the paper is too small and thick
I haven't folded a Jason Ku although I like his plans they make sense
I don't really know what is the mountain and what's the valley ...
And there's no clue whether the level shifter is a sandwich or tucked under or stepped up.
