I got a diagram of scorpion on the net. And can't seem to figure out step 16 -17

here is the diagram.

Step 16 just sort of undoes step 3. There's a single flap of paper that wraps around the front flaps. You have to spread the paper out a bit to unwrap it, and in the process of reforming step 15, that flap should swing down and give you what the picture shows for step 17.

cannot apply it to paper...
it sounds pretty logical but i think
i need some pictures to help me get through it...
