about step 19, im not sure how can i help you because i cant upload any photos or videos right now..sorry.
But you should keep trying :P.
Lang diagrams are sometimes more hard than his crease patterns...

Here's a photo diagram for step 19:

Image

Here's what the model looks like after step 18.

Image

Open up the flap on the right. The model won't lie flat from now on.

Image

Here's what it looks like from the bottom. It shows you the inside of the model.

Image

Hold the model at the tip ( where my thumb is in the picture ). Then slightly open up the model and unsink the whole thing: The long valley fold should become a mountain fold. You'll have to create one or two small new creases near the tip while doing this step. You should get something looking like the model in the picture.

Image

Here's an inside view of the model. This is what it looks like after you unsink the previously mentioned part.

Image

Push in the sides, like you did in step 15. You'll end up having a triangular flap. Fold this to the left.

Image

This is how the model should look after step 19.

Hope that helped.

I just formed a swivel and spread squash on step 30. It makes it a lot easier.

How can you possibly be stuck here? It's just flipping the model over...

I read Washi's post, but still don't understand how to do step 30. Pictures would be great. Help is much appreciated!

I own the book and agree this step is obscure even if you can read it clearly. Here's my shot at explaining it:

I need help in step 65 - or maybe earlier, I'm not sure. I'm supposed to fold the middle point to "lie alongside the left point" but I cannot because it lies ABOVE he left point and can't get to its side. I must have made some mistake earlier - maybe on step 64? But I can't figure out what it was...

Maybe a picture of how the INNER FLAP should look would help me figure out what I did wrong?

Please help. Doing step 45-47 with foil was so difficult... I don't want it to go to waste...

Thanks

I kow this thread is pretty old, but I'd like to ask to:
adam: if he can kindly fix the link to the missing picture, because I think I am doing wrong the closed sink on stpe 19 too.
cjbnc: if he still has a picture of the previous step (previous in relation to the one shown in the first picture).
