Hi all,

I'm trying to assemble this modular:



but I have serious problems to keep triangles in place.
Does someone have hints?

good luck with that mess...

use... *drumroll*
TAPE!!!
then take all of it off and just say you didn't use tape...
and if doesn't stay... GLUE it together like all modulars like annapurna, chomolungma, makalu, K2.

yeah i know it's hard, but it's the only way...

I sucessfully did them without glue/tape though...

Cool, Ryuzin_origami, could we see some pics? Along with pics of that 3.5 you folded .

Well, you could use paper-clips until the model is done, at which point, you remove them.

I folded David Brills woven something-or-other, and I used binder clips for it - they worked well.

Well, have fun with it

and what do you mean by 3.5?
ryuzin 3.5, 3.5 litres of petrol, £3.50, 3.5 cm...?

Cool! you should upload more pictures to the forum - And nope, it wasn't sarcastic at all .

Anyway, nice job folding it.

P.S. I was talking about the Ryu-Jin 3.5 - And that wasn't sarcastic either. I looked back at my post, and don't know quite why I worded it like that, but it does seem to sound very sarcastic. Sorry about that.

Okay, maybe I was a little sensitive that morning... Erm, let me dig up my ryu zin from under the sofa, in between some of my books, up my chimney, buried in the soil in my garden, or some other place... (to me my ryu zin is so badly folded I don't put it on display)

As for chomolungma, Annapurna, makalu, and the classic Five Intersecting Tetrahedra, I'll take some new photos when I have time... I'm going to fold a huge attack of the kraken- I made a tiny 3 or 4 cm one- check it out in my photostream!

And you probably weren't being sensetive that morning - if I had been you, I would have thought that it was sarcasm also; my post was a badly phrased one.
