If you make a diagonal crease, you should get some references at the points where the diagonal crease intersects with the fourths. I think a large part of the rest is based on 45 and 22,5 degree angles.

This is a purely circle-packed CP. You're gonna have to measure. There are no 22.5˚ parts.
