I'm stuck at step 10 i don't seem to get that step

That's a tricky step to describe...I'll have to see if I can get my webcam to work, and perhaps I can upload a video for you.

Thanks that would be helpful i was stump on that step for hours

It's pretty simple you can try unfolding the point you are working on and separating the layers and refolding them changing a few mountain valley orientations, it is similar to releasing the trapped layers in a blintz bird base.
