If anyone could help me on the body part 13 I'm not really sure how to connect the wings.

After working on this model for an embarrassingly long time, I figured it out!
When you make the bird base in step 7, sink fold the top triangle and continue on from there.
This is the farthest I've ever gotten on this one so I may trip up again when it comes to the details (I'm using three 2inch squares of foil backed paper... 'Cause I like to make things easy for myself
)
