Hello, is someone recognising it?

Looking for a specific model? Here's the place to start.

Hello, is someone recognising it?

Post by trollolo »

Hello, dear paperfolders. I am facing a challenge, and in order to pass, I must create an origami.
Is someone recognising this model?

and the codes:

I would really appreciate if someone can help me with some tips or logic of this origami. Thank you.

actually i don't have any experiences with folding stripes - just with the froebel-star for christmas. the instruction behind your link looks like a hungarian one but there's unfortunately no hint on the author. i know there's an expert of stripe-folded-origami here in germany: heinz strobl. try his homepage at http://www.knotologie.de/. it is still under construction but may be he will answer an email-request if you would like to get in contact with the master of knotology ...
if you're going to visit my little flickr_gallery, please leave a comment - a critical one is welcome, too, if necessary: http://www.flickr.com/photos/57625237@N02/

Yepp. It is hungarian.
I actually could have translated, but I know now, that is has to be made with folding stripes (?)
Thanks alot the information, I will try to contact Mr. Heinz, and I try to make an english/german translation of the instructions.
Have a nice day! :)
