Brian chan has some nice models that take small grids. His dragonfly is reallyyyyy easy, but it has a nice final result if you shape the wings the right way. I made four of them one time.
He also has a great scorpion (also really easy) that looks great if you do closed body pleats, and he also has an excellent dobsonfly
