I saw a model today that uses this base. Does anyone know where I could find it? A diagrammed model that uses it or just shows me how to make this base.
Looking at the finished model it would really suit my needs. I might even already know it if I could only see how it is folded.
Help is much appreciated!

Re: Streched blintzed frog base
Just make a bilintzed frog base and just (Make sure the petal folded points are folded down) stretch the two points to create a vertical fold across the two points that you stretched. And flatten it. I'll upload a picture of the result in a minute.

The diagrams for a stretched frog base (not exactly what you ask but close) can be found at: http://www.happyfolding.com/files/Stret ... g_Base.pdf
