Does anyone know what model this is?

I would like to know the name of this model and who made it, in the link it says that it may be by Kade Chan, the style in which the design was folded makes it look like that it was by him, but I'm not very sure... If anyone knows what design it is, can you show me where is the CP for it?

Erm if its designed by Kade Chan, then it is probably multi piece, and therefore has no instructions. Thankfully for you however its not. Unfortunately, this design was apparently folded from a rectangle with dimensions 8 by 207 (16cm x 414 cm, and yes 8 and 207 are relatively prime).
