Help identifying this model?

I used to make this when I was into origami back in elementary school. Suddenly popped into my head the other day, so I made it out of some used printer paper lying around.
But...I have no idea what it is. Thought it looked like a funky pterodactyl, but no google image results match.
Any ideas?
Also, does anyone happen to know of an origami book where this might have come from/was featured in?
Think that's where I learned it from as the internet was not that popular then.
