Best origami dogs of all

Post by yannbf »

Hey everyone,

I am trying to collect as much info about origami dogs as I can.
I was wondering if anyone could help me find the model name, author and picture of them.
I know there are tons of origami dogs, but I'm specifically looking for the ones that that REALLY ressemble a dog breed.
It would be even better if the model had diagram or cp, so please state that if you can.
I'll be updating this post as possible, so this could be useful for everyone.

Golden retriever by kamiya maybe? Although you already have collected all the dogs that came too mind while thinking about it.

Thanks roodborst! I updated the thread. Although, in my honest opinion, golden retriever by satoshi kamyia doesn't really look like the dog.

It is pretty mediocre. I remembered a good labrador and kamiya's showed up first but I think it was trollips version I liked best.

Of course it is a matter of opinions but the Mameshiba one imo is not realistic at all.

I believe that Hiroaki Kobayashi's Shiba Inu model is quite realistic as well as his Boston terrier model.

I agree with you, but the point I wanted to make is a model that really ressembles a breed, which I believe Mameshiba does it perfectly with a Shiba Inu.

AxolotlBottle, thanks! Hiroaki Kobayashi has many amazing dog designs! Adam, that Gran Danes is exactly like in real life, amazing.

There are a lot of models already. This is getting nice :D

Then maybe the title of the thread should have been something else.
