Long time ago, I folded a man ride on an ostrich, of cause from one uncut square paper. But now I can't remember from which book I met the diagram. Does anyone know it? Thanks

The only "ostrich with rider" I've folded so far is the one from Robert Harbin.
It's a relative simple model looking like this:

It's available in his Book "Origami - The Art of Paper-Folding" or as it seems to be called today: "Teach Yourself Origami".
