I've seen the model portrayed in the link at the end of this post, been given the names Azalea and Rhododendron by two different people that have folded it recently. I searched Gilad Aharoni's site to learn where it is diagrammed but there's no model by T.F. by either of those names. I asked the poster of this one but received no answer and his Flickr shows no contact email.
So does anyone know what book it is diagrammed in? And if the name is in Japanese, a link to the cover of the book?

Re: Tomoko Fuse Azalea, Rhododendron or whatever it is calle
This model is 「つつじ B」 from 「花の飾りおりがみ」 by Fuse Tomoko.
つつじ is azalea, which is a sub-species of rhododendron as far as internet told me.
The book name translates roughly as "Origami flower decorations", but I don't think there is an English version of it.
ISBN-10: 4416315260
ISBN-13: 978-4416315262
You can find some second-hand of it on Japanese Amazon, and maybe in other places too.
