There is one on Koshiro Hatori's website. He claims it is a "Traditional" design, but I it is new to me.

I think you could pass off or alter Robert Lang's Koi or Goatfish for a catfish, the diagrams are in Origami Design Secrets. I can't find any free ones online though, I think I seen one on a chinese website, not sure where though.
