Roman Diaz Convention Frog
I've seen many people have folded and posted pictures of this adorable model. Is there a CP or diagrams available? If not, would someone be kind enough to give a folding sequence description?

As far as I know there are no published instructions for this model in any form. Roman Diaz taught it personally at the Convention in Germany. I will try to get in contact with him, and ask him if I'm allowed to make and publish instructions in some form, or if he intends to do so himself.
So long and keep folding ^_^

Update: I've talked to Roman Diaz, and he said he already has diagrams which should be published in the bulletin of Origami Deutschland. The diagrams will also be (with very high probability) in the Convention Pack of the upcoming CDO convention where Roman is special guest. You should be able to get a hand on either of those somehow.
If you can somehow make it to the CDO convention I highly recommend to do so. That way you can learn the model from Roman himself

If you come to the OD Convention in Berlin this July we could fold it together.

This frog and the original traditional Chinese version that Roman Diaz modified are both diagrammed in Nick Robinsons excellent book: "Origami Kit for Dummies"
As ever Gilad has the review:

A beautiful model, even my version from a bit of scrap paper came out nicely
Though it would certainly be much more fun to fold it at the German Convention with origami_8!
