looking for pet shop like characters diagrams
Hi Guys,
I am pretty new to the Origami stuff.
I was looking for diagrms that will look like the pet shop toys (my kid is crazy about them) characters - preferably 3D.
I have some rough ideas how to start doing that but was wondering if any of you expert can assist?
Thanks

They are nice, I like them. But, why make it from the paper?

Why do I want to make them from paper? Because it is different then everyone else have and because I can make them unique and make my daughter happy. (besides I can't afford new one every day )
Can you help?

my thoughts
My original thought were to combine some head based on inflatable waterbomb with ears sturcture on some legs/body structure. If you know good diagrams to do something like this (or any of these parts or any other idea) it might help me (as I said, I am a beginner and have very limited knowledge of Origami).
Hey,
If you're patient enough (I'm not!) you might wanna try making a pet using this kind of origami: http://origami.bluepop.us/labels/Diagrams.html
That's what your petshop animals reminded me of.

Hey!
How about Halle's diagrams, his models look pretty cute and cartonish?
And they are not very difficult.

and I have a couple of questions:
1) The little piece of paper that is connecting the two cubes, holdes them very loosly together. A I doing something wrong or that's the way there is.
2) Inserting the beak and eyes is very difficult. Does anyone have any tips on that?
