It's probably one of Michael Lafosse' butterflies. You can find lots more butterflies and diagrams in his book. Here's a link:

Does this book have more models than "Origami Butterflies Kit" (ISBN 080484027X)? I can view the table of contents for this book on Amazon and it lists 4 models but I am not sure if this is the entire table of contents.
