Looking for: Dinosaur in Egg
Hi All! -- I could swear that, somewhere, I've seen a model of a baby dinosaur in the process of hatching out of an egg; I'm sure it was from a single square, so it wasn't a two-piece (using, say, Montroll's egg and some other baby). However, I've not been able to find it in a book or any reference on-line...am I misremembering something, or does this model really exist? Thanks!

There are two I know of:
(1) Yoshihisa Kimura's "Baby Maiasaura" from an Tanteidan Magazine 12. You can download the diagrams for free from the JOAS site if you've subscribed to Tanteidan magazine. http://origami.gr.jp/Archives/Magazine/ ... ls2-e.html
(2) Hans Trygve Birkeland's "Baby Dino" on his website http://home.no.net/origami

Oh, that's terrific -- the Kimura one was the one I was thinking of, but the other one is new to me and of interest, too! Thanks for the links...I am a Tanteidan member, but I can't seem to find a way to get set up to view the older stuff on their site; the link on the page you referred me to doesn't lead anywhere...? Does anyone know how to get set up for this kind of access? Sorry to be a ninny about it...man, I wish I could read Japanese!!!

Fernando Gilgado Gomez also has a charming version in his book "Dinogami"
The result of which can be seen here.
