Random thing I noticed one day: the evolutionary chain of Deino, Zweilous, and Hydreigon is counting in German! ein, zwei, drei... therefore, the names are quite fitting!

I know what you mean Lephantome92, I like how the game developers are trying to utilize other cultures/languages into forming new Pokemon, rather than focusing on generic puns or American/Japanese culture references. Really brings some new life into the franchise. :)

Most of the names sound just as silly when you say them, German tags, French tags, Yiddish tags or anything!

And on a different note, I was looking through the old posts and noticed that this Pokemon was missing from the given sources.

I just got a new card deck. It had Escavalier in it. There's a challenge!

That is an awesome Weavile!

I made serpirior again with a different base which is better suited to the shape. I showed a half-made one to a freind. He looked at it, turned it upside down, and said "Isn't Samurott the top evolution of Oshawott?"
It did resemble a Samurott so I now have now made Serpirior 2.5 and Samurott 1.5.
I will start posting pictures soon. Hopefully.

Wowy wrote:Hey I'm pretty new to crease patterns, and I went on Calico's Origami Pokemon, and I'm trying to make Pidgey, but I'm having trouble. Has anyone done it, because I really want help. Also, is there any way to approach CP's? I find them very difficult.^^;

Origami peacock was my first cp. The base the crease pattern brings you to the same base used to make the Serpirior and Samurott.

Pidgey. :?

hmmmm ( :? ).

I am pretty sure there is one but I don't know where. I will join you in the daring quest to make a pidgey, but just for the sake of adapting it to make a pidgot. I like little pokemon but I prefer to make stronger pokemon out of origami.

which page, I didn't see it? :?

Aww phooey anyway

My samurott hasn't got mostache or the 2 smaller hors further back. I can't seem to find any way to put them on, which is why I will not post a picture of it yet. #-o

EDIT: Is there such pokemon as Manaphytwo? I have seen and heard of such thing but my giant pokedex poster (a poster with every single pokemon and forme of pokemon with more than one forme up to the end of black and white 8) ) Google image search it or follow thishttp://www.fanpop.com/spots/legendary-p ... ytwo-photo link to see a picture. By the looks of it, it is a worthy pursuit of the great pokemon origamists, :D if it is actually offical. :?

That's just fan-art. Not a real pokemon.
I'm surprised that nobody's folded a 5th gen legendary yet. I'm trying to design a zekrom right now, my 1st design :D

shame-it looks good, still it's better to fold the real thing. Still no luck with Samurott still, although serpirior is getting on well. Once Serpirior and Samurott are finished, I will design a pignite or emboar or whichever one is the highest evolution of tepig, best to dhave the full set.

no one has folded any of the 5th generation legendaries, beacuse, if your like me and are still stuck 10 years in the past (i still play gold and blue, and the N64 games) then black and white sucked. I bought it right when it came out hoping they would be awesome, played for about 2 hours, and never touched it again until I sold it a few months later.

On the more origami side of things, I'd love to see your serperior, harpseal.

Designing is hard, I've just found a good place for the tail, after 2 tries.
