hi!
i'm completely new to origami.
i had the idea to make a flower for my girlfriend for s.valentine day and i discovered a cool new world! :)

this is the kawasaki rose i made folowing tutorials on youtube:

now i'm looking for a cool (but not so difficult) origami vase / bottle to put the rose.
i'd like something tall and narrow, not short and wide such as a square box. something like a flute calyx would be perfect... but i didnt find any tutorial.

could you please suggest me something with detailed instructions??

thanks!

The vase by Yuri Shumakov is very pretty in my opinion. You can find the diagrams on the Oriland homepage here:

I liked the “Kawasaki flower” made by bosone. It is really beautiful. He has mentioned that he found the tutorial in YouTube. I hope that he will give us the link for that. The vase made by Yuri Shumakov is also pretty cool. I tried making one and I was successful. I am thinking of using it to keep my pens.
