I am an organization design instructor. We are in need of simple housing model for our class. I need a modular model that can be built in components. We teach process (steps), variance control (control of errors), and structure. We would like to follow process build a foundation, frame the house, dry in the house and build our accessories.

Can any one suggest a model?
