Lion by Herman van Goubergen

Does anyone know if it is possible to get the diagrams for the lion by Herman van Goubergen? It says it is in BOS magazine 128, but that magazine is from 1988, so I want to know if it is published anywhere else or if that magazine is available somewhere?

It was also published in OUSA 1996, which may be easier to get ahold of. If you're in United States, you can probably borrow it from the lending library (you have to be an OUSA member, but it's only $30)
