"Inflatable rabbit" model

Greetings,
I wonder if anyone here could help me track down this model. I made a number of origami rabbits for my mother years ago and she really loves them, but they are a bit long in the tooth and she asked me to make some new ones. I cannot for the life of me remember where I found the instructions for this rabbit:

This rabbit looks a lot like this one, but is not actually the same...

...the difference is the bottom, which I showed in the second one of my photos. The rabbit I'm looking for has feet.
If anyone knows what book I might have used to make these, I would be very appreciative! My mother has been asking me to make more forever, but I can't figure out how I did it, even taking a few of the old ones apart. I'd like to track the book down. I didn't see a picture of it in the database.
