Hey guys, I'm in search for Santa diagrams. I know the one by Steven Casey (?) and one 2 fold version of I don't know.

Are there any more diagrams available? I don't want to buy a thousand books just for one single diagram. Maybe you can send me some?

What about Paula Versnick's minimalist one fold santa? Perfect to fold for Christmas Cards.

I tend to fold/make my own Eid cards (Eid is to Islam as Christmas is to Christianity). I have already decided that I'll be folding lots of La Fosse Butterflies and other simplish models to stick on the front of the cards (simple models tend to look better on cards).

I'll try to post some pictures in my gallery as soon as possible.

two nice and easy santas are in it, I've folded one yesterday and like it very much. a friend of mine wants to teach santas to some women that have not that much experience with origami:)

any more santas out there?

that was EXACTLY the info, that I didn't wanted to hear.
I also checked the model database, but it isn't of any use for me, because I don't want to buy a book, just because of a santa diagram in it.

Saj, my Santa is 2 folds, not 1 fold.

yes, that's the one I ment. I really love this one. it's amazing although it's very easy.
the interaction between colour and proportions is very impressive. the same folding procedure wouldn't make much sense if the colours where e.g. blue and green
a great model!!

Thank you Christian, for your kind words!
In fact, when I created this one, I had a blue paper and it was in the middle of July!
When you make 7 of them in different colors, you can use them as dwarfs, from Snowwhite and the 7 dwarfs

why is it bad?

Because it is a troll and you are feeding it.

Also old topics are OLD and therefore the links are broken, the posters have moved on and forgotten about it, and in general nobody cares about it anymore.

The only exception is when you're asking about a specific model; then it's ok to dig up a related topic because we'd rather not have five topics about the same model floating around at once.
