I also thought it was the Won Park's model but it seems to have a different tail (on this one it seems to have three sections), are there different versions of this model?

"My third attempt at Won Park's(*orudorumagi11's) incredible creation, the one dollar Koi. Though this one's made of a sheet of paper slightly smaller than a dollar bill.

The colour was painted with acrylics after it was folded. And I also added an extra tail fin (although not entirely anatomically correctXD it does look nice)"
